Suggested Use: For adult use only. Before meals, mix or blend 1 rounded scoop of Fiber Re:Fresh with 8 oz water or nonacidic juice (apple or papaya), 1 to 3 times daily. For best taste and solubility, mix with cold apple juice. Important: gradually, over 1 week, increase from 1 scoop to 3 scoops per day, to allow your system to adjust to a higher fiber intake.
